Welcome to our CHYPPS fortnightly e-Newsletter
CHYPPS have teamed up with the Learning Curve Group to offer a range of FREE training courses to members. All courses can be completed online though individuals will need to attend a one day induction session which will be hosted at the CHYPPS office in Glastonbury. Course are available FREE to anyone over the age of 19 who has lived in the UK/EU for a minimum of three years.
All courses lead to a Level 2 certificate and there are a variety of subjects on offer:

Youth Work Training
The Volunteer Network are holding a Level 1 Introduction to Youth Work training weekend on the 4th and 5th March 2017.
Level 2 & 3 Youth work certificate - Induction sessions are the 11 January 2017 6pm, 6 Febuary 4pm, 2 March 6pm
The Level 1 Introduction to the Youth Work training is a core element on all courses and must be studied before progression on to any of the other Levels.

British Youth Council Survey
BYC are conducting a survey to find out what young people of all ages think about their communities; whether or not they feel European; about stereotyping, bullying and hate crime; and the skills they have / need as young people today.
Their views will contribute to the UK's response and contribution to the next Structured Dialogue conference in Slovakia, where the BYC will be working with y oung people and decision makers from across the EU to create recommendations.
All young people taking part will be in with a chance of winning a £40 voucher.

A: this model prints black and white and only costs £150 (RRP £4,412) and a maintenance fee of £40.50 per quarter.
B: print in colour, this costs £400 (RRP £10,995) and a maintenance fee of £60 per quarter.
C: print in colour, suitable for larger volumes of printing. The cost is £500 (RRP £16,995) and the maintenance fee is £90 per quarter.
Breakdown support from Ricoh, as well as toner cartridges, are included in the maintenance fee which is mandatory for the first 12 months. After that you decide whether or not to renew the maintenance agreement. Costs includes delivery.
