Opera for All - Free Workshops
Garsington Opera for All is delivering sessions for families, a skills workshop for young people aged 12 - 16, a Big Screen event, and a spot of Opera busking! Workshops are open to all, no prior experience necessary, just a fun opportunity to discover something new! Get involved - call our Box Office to sign up!

VACANCY - Community Youth Project (Somerset) - Youth and Community Support Worker:
Casual part time hours contract - Fixed term for 12 months (minimum 1 evening per week
plus additional casual cover). Potential to increase hours / evenings.
To support delivery of community youth programmes and face to face delivery with young
people in local areas, linking with young people to identify needs and interests.
Qualified to NVQ level 2 or equivalent or looking to gain qualifications.
NJC 13 – 22 £16,191 to £20,456 pa (pro-rata), dependent on experience.
The Community Youth Project is an independent Charitable Incorporated Organisation that
provides sustainable youth worker resources to local communities in Somerset.
We wish to appoint dynamic individuals who will inspire and challenge young people, who will support young people in their transition to adulthood, who will support young people to reach their full potential.
The appointed youth worker will work within communities to identify the
needs of young people and to develop an exciting range of opportunities involving young
people in decision making, programme delivery and design.
Ideally you should have experience of working with young people age 8 years and older,
building relationships within the community and developing volunteers.

British Youth Council Survey
BYC are conducting a survey to find out what young people of all ages think about their communities; whether or not they feel European; about stereotyping, bullying and hate crime; and the skills they have / need as young people today.
Their views will contribute to the UK's response and contribution to the next Structured Dialogue conference in Slovakia, where the BYC will be working with y oung people and decision makers from across the EU to create recommendations.
All young people taking part will be in with a chance of winning a £40 voucher.

B: print in colour, this costs £400 (RRP £10,995) and a maintenance fee of £60 per quarter.
C: print in colour, suitable for larger volumes of printing. The cost is £500 (RRP £16,995) and the maintenance fee is £90 per quarter.
Breakdown support from Ricoh, as well as toner cartridges, are included in the maintenance fee which is mandatory for the first 12 months. After that you decide whether or not to renew the maintenance agreement. Costs includes delivery.
