Calling ALL community-minded people across South Somerset!
Come and join our volunteer Community Ambassador Network.
Are you passionate about improving health and wellbeing in your community?
We have a great network of volunteers across the region who are sharing their knowledge, ideas, and lived experiences with local and regional health and care services - playing a key role in their design and evaluation.
This is an ad hoc role, it does not require a weekly commitment, and you can decide which projects you would like to get involved with. Roles include attending meetings, taking part in focus groups, sharing and completing surveys, previewing documents, and helping with access to marginalised groups.
We also meet quarterly - providing you with the opportunity to meet other Ambassadors and share your experiences, develop skills and knowledge, and hear interesting talks from community-focused charities.
Contact Vicky Sullivan, Community Ambassador Coordinator, on 07951 944420 or email Vicky.firstname.lastname@example.org, for further details and a chat about the role. Or if you know anybody who is looking for a rewarding volunteering role, please forward this email onto them.
We look forward to hearing from you!
